Simply dial our main number 214-654-9977. When you get to the afterhours voicemail prompt press 2 to go to the emergency mailbox and leave a message with your name, phone number and a description of the problem. The on-call person will be notified and promptly get back to you.
We will be happy to provide an orientation at our facility for the set-up and operation of any piece of equipment we carry. Simply let the Rental Coordinator know you would like an orientation at pick-up.
